提高BZJ60-Ti焊丝钢铸坯质量的研究

摘要 介绍了120 t转炉-LF精炼炉-小方坯连铸机工艺路径冶炼BZJ60-Ti焊丝钢在生产过程中控制情况,并针对该钢种的钢坯表面质量提升进行探索与研究;通过对缺陷物的检测分析,确定了钢水在连铸浇注过程中水口结瘤现象、伴随着液面波动增大引起铸坯卷渣,进而导致铸坯出现凹陷渗钢、振痕深及夹渣等缺陷;针对水口堵塞物进行检测以及利用大数据进行分析研究,确定了具体原因以及采取的整改措施,通过提高钛回收率等一系列措施的执行,其钢坯表面质量以及内在质量得到了保障,达到了提高BZJ60-Ti焊丝钢铸坯质量的目的。 The control of BZJ60-Ti welding wire steel in the process of 120 t converter-LF refining furnace-billet continuous casting machine is introduced,and the improvement of billet surface quality are explored and studied.Through the inspection and analysis of the defects,it is confirmed that the phenomenon of nodule at the water mouth in the process of continuous casting,and the slag rolling in the casting billet with the increase of liquid level fluctuation,which leads to the defects of sunken steel infiltration,deep vibration mark and slag inclusion in the casting billet.Based on the detection and analysis of the water plug and the use of big data,the specific reasons and corrective measures were determined.Through the implementation of a series of measures such as improving the recovery rate of titanium,the surface quality and internal quality of the billet were guaranteed,and the purpose of improving the quality of the billet of BZJ60-Ti welding wire steel was achieved.
