High Quality Development Strategy of Forest and Grass Industry in Henan Province During the 14th Five-Year Period

“十三五”时期,河南省大力发展林草产业,有力地促进了地方经济发展和林农增收致富,取得了显著成果。但与此同时,河南省林草产业也面临着一些现实困境,如产业核心竞争力不足、科技创新能力弱等。详细阐述了河南省“十三五”时期林草产业的发展情况,明确了“十四五”时期林草产业高质量发展新的思路和路径,提出构建“一轴两带六区多点”的林草产业发展空间格局,以期为构建结构合理、功能完备、效益良好的河南省林草产业体系提供参考。

During the 13th Five-Year period,Henan Province vigorously developed the forest and grass industry,effectively promoted local economic development and increased income for forest farmers,achieved significant results.However,at the same time,the forestry and grass industry in Henan Province also faced some practical difficulties,such as insufficient core competitiveness,weak technological innovation ability and so on.This article elaborates on the development of the forestry and grass industry in Henan Province during the 13th Five-Year period,clarifies the new ideas and paths for high-quality development of the forestry and grass industry during the 14th Five-Year period,and proposes the construction of a spatial pattern for the development of the forestry and grass industry with"one axis,two belts,six zones,and multiple points",in order to provide a reference for the construction of forest and grass industry system in Henan Province with reasonable structure,complete functions,and good benefits.
