气凝胶材料在建筑领域的应用前景探索

摘要 气凝胶被认为是当今建筑应用最有前途的高性能隔热材料之一。与传统的隔热材料相比,气凝胶产品的导热系数低至0.013W/(m·K),显示出卓越的隔热特性。气凝胶具有所有固体材料中最低的折射率和介电常数,此外,它们可以作为不透明、半透明或透明的材料生产,从而在尝试利用太阳辐射的日光和太阳能时实现广泛的建筑应用。然而,要使气凝胶成为不透明应用的广泛隔热材料,必须大幅降低成本。本研究综述了气凝胶玻璃、气凝胶涂料、气凝胶增强板及其在建筑物中的应用,基于气凝胶的隔热材料在各种应用中得到了说明。 Aerogel is considered one of the most promising high-performance insulation materials for construction applications today.Compared to conventional thermal insulation,aerogel products have a thermal conductivity as low as 0.013 W/(m·K)and exhibit superior thermal insulation properties.Aerogels have the lowest refractive index and dielectric constant of any solid material,and in addition,they can be produced as opaque,translucent,or transparent materials,enabling a wide range of architectural applications when trying to harness daylight and solar energy from solar radiation.However,for aerogel to become broad insulating material for opaque applications,it is significant that cost reductions must be achieved.In this study,aerogel glass,aerogel coatings,aerogel reinforced panels and their applications in buildings are reviewed,and aerogel-based thermal insulation materials are illustrated in various applications.
