Research on Applicable Technologies for Sponge City in Old Urban Areas

目前,中国正处于城镇化的快速发展时期,由此引发出的城市内涝、水污染、水生态等城市水问题愈发突出,各个城市的老旧城区尤为明显,海绵城市的建设就显得更加重要。本文主要探讨了老旧城区中的海绵城市适用技术,并且就各个技术特点进行了阐述。通过海绵城市化改造,使得城市在应对自然灾害方面,有良好的弹性,提升居住环境品质,改善城市交通出行环境,并且有效缓解城市热岛效应。海绵城市的建设会成为今后城市建设发展的新模式。

Currently,China is in a period of rapid urbanization,which has led to increasingly prominent urban water problems such as urban waterlogging,water pollution,and water ecology.Thus the construction of Sponge City is particularly prominent in the old urban areas of various cities.This article mainly explores the applicable technologies for Sponge City in old urban areas,and elaborates on the characteristics of each technology.Through sponge urbanization transformation,cities can have better resilience in responding to natural disasters,improve the quality of living environment,upgrade urban transportation environment,and effectively alleviate the urban heat island effect.The construction of Sponge City will become a new model for urban construction and development in the future.
