摘要
针对当前高校劳动教育中普遍存在的“重共性轻个性,劳动教育与专业教育相分离”的问题,以燕山大学石油工程专业为例,首次探索将劳动教育与专业实验教学环节相融合。在明确劳动教育目标的基础上,结合专业实验课程特点及具体内容设置,制定了包含基础层级、专业层级和创新层级的“三层级”劳动教育内容体系,采取“自下而上”的顺序分阶段开展劳动教育,同时打造“实践评价+素养评价”的“二维度”劳动教育评价体系,形成劳动教育闭环系统。实践表明,“劳动+实验”育人模式能有效提升学生的通用和专业劳动技能水平及综合劳动素养,为其他高校石油化工类专业劳动教育的改革发展提供借鉴。
In view of the common problem of“emphasizing commonness over individuality,separating labor education from specialty education”in the current labor education in colleges and universities,this paper is the first time taking the example of petroleum engineering in Yanshan University to explore the integration of labor education and specialty experimental teaching.On the basis of clarifying the objective of labor education,and combining with the characteristics and specific contents of professional experimental courses,a“three-level”content system of labor education is formulated,including the basic level,the professional level and the innovative level.Then the labor education is carried out in stages in the order of“bottom up”.Besides,a“twodimensional”labor education evaluation system of“practice evaluation+literacy evaluation”is built to form a closed-loop system of labor education.The practice shows that the education mode of“labor+experiment”can effectively improve students’general and professional labor skill level and comprehensive labor accomplishment.This work provides a reference for the reform and development of labor education of petrochemical engineering major in other colleges and universities.
