石油化工项目中储罐有限空间安全管理

Safety Management of Confined Space of Storage Tank in Petrochemical Project

近年来,石油化工储罐、窨井等地下有限空间作业中毒窒息事故时有发生,造成了严重伤害和重大损失。为了能够为石油化工项目储罐的有限空间安全管理提供理论借鉴,对储罐的管理进行了风险分析和识别,汇总了储罐有限空间作业管理流程和职责分工,进而提出了储罐有限空间安全管理的基本控制措施,对提高石油化工项目有限空间的安全管理水平具有一定的借鉴价值。

In recent years,accidents of poisoning and asphyxiation in underground confined space such as petrochemical storage tanks and manholes have occurred from time to time,causing serious injuries and heavy losses.In order to provide theoretical reference for the confined space safety management of storage tanks in petrochemical projects,the risk analysis and identification of storage tank management are carried out,the management process and division of responsibilities of storage tank confined space operations are summarized,and the basic control measures for the confined space safety management of storage tanks are proposed,which has certain reference value for improving the safety management level of confined space of petrochemical projects.
