摘要
脑肠轴作为大脑和胃肠道的信息通道,与帕金森病认知障碍(Parkinson's disease with cognitive impairment,PDCI)密切相关,临床中针刺能够改善PDCI,但其作用机制尚未完全明确。本文通过总结脑肠轴的功能、PDCI的危险因素和病机、脑肠轴对认知的影响等多个方面,探讨针刺通过调节肠道微生物群的丰度和脑肠肽水平,平衡下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴(hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis,HPA)的激素释放,抑制炎症反应以保护神经,从而改善PDCI。
The brain-gut axis,as an information channel between the brain and the gastrointestinal tract,is closely related to Parkinson's disease cognitive impairment(PDCI).Acupuncture can improve PDCI in clinical practice,but its mechanism of action has not been fully clarified.In this paper,by summarizing the function of the brain-gut axis,the risk factors and pathogenesis of PDCI,and the influence of the brain-gut axis on cognition and so on,we explore how acupuncture regulates the abundance of gut microbiota and levels of brain gut peptides,balances the hormone release of the hypothalamic pituitary adrenal axis(HPA),inhibits inflammatory responses,and protects nerves,thereby improving PDCI.
