摘要 本项目以燃煤发电灵活性提升过程中的技术瓶颈为研究对象,基于530MW俄制T型燃煤发电机组,从基础理论与技术应用角度开展研究工作。采用理论分析和模拟计算的研究方法,对新型燃煤发电系统构建和关键设备集成进行分析,通过搭建计算流体力学模型以及动静态仿真模型,研发新型结构关键部件。开展中试试验验证关键技术的工程应用效果,最终形成一套完整的高效灵活燃煤发电锅炉的技术方案,突破机组调节能力差的技术瓶颈,为全面提升煤电机组灵活性提供理论指导及工程实践经验。 This project focuses on the technical bottlenecks in the process of improving the flexibility of coal-fired power generation.Based on the 530MW Russian made T-type coal-fired power generation unit,research work is carried out from the perspectives of basic theory and technical application.Using theoretical analysis and simulation calculation research methods,analyze the construction of a new coal-fired power generation system and the integration of key equipment.By building computational fluid dynamics models and dynamic and static simulation models,develop new structural key components.Conducting pilot tests to verify the engineering application effects of key technologies,ultimately forming a complete set of efficient and flexible technical solutions for coal-fired power generation boilers,breaking through the technical bottleneck of poor unit regulation ability,and providing theoretical guidance and engineering practical experience for comprehensively improving the flexibility of coal-fired power generation units.
