呼吸机用电磁比例阀内振动特性数值模拟研究

摘要 作为呼吸机内的核心部件之一,电磁比例阀内的振动问题不可忽视。本文通过CFD方法首先探究了稳态条件下不同开度和质量流量对时均激振力大小的影响,其次对本文探究的电磁比例阀的固有频率进行了计算,最后对大时均激振力工况的瞬时激振力进行了计算并通过避开率对不同工况下呼吸机的安全性进行了评估。研究结果表明,在本文探究工况内,呼吸机的激振力对固有频率和公频的避开率均大于10%,符合规定。 As one of the core components in the ventilator,the vibration problem in the electromagnetic proportional valve should not be ignored.Firstly,the CFD method is used to explore the influence of openings and mass flux on the time-averaged exciting force under steady-state conditions herein.Secondly,the natural frequency of the electromagnetic proportional valve is calculated.Finally,the instantaneous exciting force under the condition of a large time-averaged exciting force is calculated.Moreover,the safety of the ventilator under different working conditions is evaluated by avoidance rate.The results show that the avoidance rate of the exciting force to the natural frequency and common frequency is greater than 10%,which is in line with the regulations.
