大型试验室蒸汽加湿系统优化设计与测试

摘要 结合大型步入式试验室的湿热环境试验条件,设计了一套蒸汽加湿系统,使试验室技术指标完全满足军标规定要求。通过模拟研究,优化了系统的温度和湿度。选用了具有多种安全保护措施的高度自控的电蒸汽发生器,提高了供汽系统的运行安全性,自动和手动互补的调节方式解决了系统出现故障时产生较大湿度波动的问题。该系统采用先进的供汽方式和湿度调控设备,提高了加湿系统的整体性能;采用PID自动控制技术,实现了湿热试验中湿度的平稳自动调节,温度允差控制在±0.5℃,相对湿度允差±0.8%。 A steam humidification system was designed according to the experimental conditions of damp heat environment in a large walk-in laboratory,so that the technical indexes of the laboratory could fully meet the requirements of the military standards.Based simulation studies,the temperature and humidity of the system were optimized.A highly automatic electric steam generator with a variety of safety protection measures were used to improve the safety of the steam supply system.Automatic and manual combined regulations were used to solve the problem of significant fluctuations in the humidity when the system had failures.Advanced steam supplying technologies and humidity control equipment were used to improve the overall performances of the system.The PID automatic control technology was used to realize the stability and automatic adjustment of temperature and humidity of the system,and the temperature tolerance was controlled at±0.5℃,and the relative humidity tolerance was controlled at±0.8%.
