摘要
本文介绍了一种使用太阳光作为UV光源观察植物提取物秦皮乙素、叶绿素、银杏黄酮等三种物质在太阳光下产生荧光现象的方法。实验设备非常简单,家庭相关的装置即可得到非常好的结果。该演示有助于在高中,甚至大学用于介绍有机荧光的相关概念。
In this paper,a method was introduced to observe the fluorescence phenomenon of plant extracts,such as aesculetin,chlorophyll and ginkgo flavonoid,by using sunlight as UV light source.The experimental equipment is very simple,and home-related devices can give very good results.The demonstration will help introduce concepts related to organic fluorescence to the public and to high schools and even universities.
