振荡提取顶空气相色谱法测定土壤中三氯乙醛 被引量:1

摘要 以青海省泉尔湾生态农业产业园中的基质土壤为样本,采用振荡的方式提取土壤中的三氯乙醛,采用顶空-气相色谱法进行测定。研究了影响顶空萃取的主要因素,如平衡温度、顶空恒温时间、NaOH加入量以及保存剂的影响。三氯乙醛的校准曲线相关系数R2=0.9991,检出限为0.012μg·kg^(-1),准确度和精密度较好,实际样品的加标回收率均在90%以上,相对标准偏差(n=6)在2.36%~5.74%之间。该方法操作简便,测定范围广,易实现自动化连续检测,适用于测定土壤中的三氯乙醛。 The matrix soil in quanerwan eco-agricultural industrial park in Qinghai Province was taken as the sample,and trichloroacetaldehyde in the soil was extracted by oscillation method and determined by headspace gas chromatography.In this paper,the main factors affecting headspace extraction,such as equilibrium temperature,headspace constant temperature time,sodium hydroxide content and the effect of preservation agent were studied.The correlation coefficient of the calibration curve of trichloroacetaldehyde was R2=0.9991,and the detection limit was 0.012μg·kg^(-1),with good accuracy and precision.The recoveries of the actual samples were above 90%,and the relative standard deviation(n=6)was between 2.36%and 5.74%.This method is easy to operate and has a wide range of determination.It is easy to realize automatic continuous detection and is suitable for the determination of trichloroacetaldehyde in soil.
