一种新型污水处理体系及其对废水处理效果实验 被引量:1

摘要 为减少污水中氮的排放,提出一种厌氧-短程硝化-厌氧氨氧化的污水处理体系,并对该污水处理体系的性能进行探讨。实验结果表明,厌氧反应器出水口的COD浓度约为82mg·L^(-1);短程硝化出水口的NH3-N浓度约为4~6mg·L^(-1),NO_(2)-N和NO_(3)-N浓度分别为34~38mg·L^(-1)和4~6mg·L^(-1);厌氧氨氧化反应器对NH3-N去除率约为88%~92%;连接后,系统出水口的COD浓度始终小于35mg·L^(-1),NH3-N浓度低于2mg·L^(-1);出水口TN含量降低至10mg·L^(-1)以下,达到国家一级排放A标准;与传统的厌氧废水处理工艺对比,本实验构建的污水处理体系的COD去除率可达到传统工艺的效果,且在TN处理方面具备更大优势。 In order to reduce the discharges of nitrogen and phosphorus in sewage,an anaerobic-shortcut nitrification-anaerobic ammonium oxidation sewage treatment system is proposed,and the sewage treatment performance of the system is studied.The test results showed that the COD of effluent from anaerobic reactor was about 82mg·L^(-1),The concentration of ammonia nitrogen in the effluent of short cut nitrification was about 4~6mg·L^(-1),the concentration of nitrite nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen were 34~38mg·L^(-1) and 4~6mg·L^(-1) respectively,The removal rate of ammonia nitrogen by anaerobic ammonia oxidation reactor was about 88%~92%;After the three reactors are connected,the concentration of system effluent COD is always kept below 35 mg·L^(-1),the concentration of effluent ammonia nitrogen is lower than 2mg·L^(-1),and the total nitrogen content of the effluent is reduced to below 10mg·L^(-1),meeting the requirements of the national first level discharge standard A.Compared with the traditional anaerobic wastewater treatment process,the COD removal rate of the sewage treatment system constructed in this experiment can achieve the effect of the traditional process,and has a greater advantage in total nitrogen treatment.
