摘要
水合盐相变储热材料因其成本低、潜热高、防火安全、市场需求量大等优点,而受到了广泛关注。本文介绍了水合盐相变材料的储热原理,指出了实际应用过程中存在的关键问题,如相分离、过冷、导热性差、易泄漏等。详细回顾了水合盐相变材料的改性策略及其研究进展,通过添加增稠剂消除相分离,添加成核剂降低过冷度,添加导热增强剂提高导热系数,采用封装技术改善综合性能,同时防止泄漏等。最后,指出了目前研究存在的不足,并对未来的重点研究方向提出了展望。
Hydrated salt phase change heat storage materials have attracted wide attention due to their advantages of low cost,high latent heat,fire safety and large market demand.The heat storage principle of hydrated salt phase change materials is introduced,and the key problems in practical application are pointed out,such as phase separation,supercooling,poor thermal conductivity and easy leakage.The research progress in modification strategies of hydrated salt phase change heat storage materials is described in detail,including adding thickener to eliminate phase separation,adding nucleating agent to reduce the degree of undercooling,adding thermal conductivity enhancer to improve thermal conductivity,adopting encapsulation technology to improve the comprehensive performance and prevent leakage.Finally,the shortcomings of the current research are pointed out,and the future research directions are prospected.
