笼式单座调节阀的设计与专利结构解析

Design and Patent Structure Analysis of the New Generation of Leading Product Single-Seat-Cage Regulating Valve

解析了多项专利、多方位创新和保护的调节阀新品种—笼式单座阀的设计思想及其专利结构。本文通过对调节阀的“功能-结构”解析以及对传统单座阀、笼式阀的“优-劣”结构比较,将单座阀、笼式阀两者特点合二为一,整合成一个产品。整合后的笼式单座阀性能远远优于整合前的单座阀、笼式阀,而生产成本又大幅度下降,性价比高。本文还介绍和纠正了传统调节阀设计中的许多误区和错误,对提升国产调节阀设计水平有所帮助。

The design idea and patent structure of cage single-seat valve,a new type of regulating valve with many patents,multi-directional innovation and protection,are analyzed.By analyzing the"function-structure"of the regulating valve and comparing the"superior-inferior"structure of the traditional single-seat valve and cage valve,the characteristics of the single-seat valve and cage valve are combined into one product.The performance of the integrated cage single-seat valve is far better than that of the single seat valve and cage valve before integration,and the production cost is greatly reduced,and the cost performance is high.This paper also introduces and corrects many errors and mistakes in the design of traditional regulating valve,which is helpful to improve the design level of domestic regulating valve.
