摘要
现代工业设备工艺过程中,要求离心泵基本上都是在流量波动的情况下运行,这就需要在工艺过程中有设置自动控制设备。然而,离心泵在低于负荷运行时会出现过热、严重噪声、不稳定和气蚀而引起泵的损坏。这时需要一种自动再循环设备,在泵低于负荷运行时,通过旁路实现泵最小流量回流循环。本论文介绍了泵的保护方式,提出一种新型自力式再循环阀的优势,并介绍了其工作原理和结构特点。
In the process of modern industrial equipment,it is required that centrifugal pumps generally operate under flow fluctuations,which requires the installation of automatic control equipment in the process.However,centrifugal pumps may experience overheating,severe noise,instability,and cavitation when operating under load,leading to pump damage.At this point,an automatic recirculation device is needed to achieve the minimum flow backflow circulation of the pump through a bypass when the pump is running under load.This paper introduces the protection methods of pumps,proposes the advantages of a new type of self-operated recirculation valve,and introduces its working principle and structural characteristics.
