针对目前中腔带压闸阀、球阀,使用安全泄压阀泄压存在的整定压力漂移、密封性能差等问题,从安全泄压阀的需求、工作原理、结构设计以及安装应用维护等方面进行了论证和分析,提出了改进措施,成功应用于中腔带压闸阀、球阀上,成效明显,得到客户好评。

Aiming at the problems of setting pressure drift and poor sealing performance in the use of safety relief valves for pressure relief of medium chamber pressure gate valves and ball valves,this article demonstrates and analyzes the requirements,working principles,structural design,installation,application,and maintenance of safety relief valves,and proposes improvement measures.It has been successfully applied to medium chamber pressure gate valves and ball valves,with significant results and has been well praised by customers.
