气路单向活门三维流场的仿真分析及结构优化

摘要 针对某气路单向活门存在的内部涡流及流阻问题,本文首先基于FLUENT仿真分析平台对其内部流场进行了仿真,同时根据仿真结果对单向活门内部涡流及流阻的产生和影响因素进行了理论分析。然后,本文根据仿真分析所得出的结论对单向活门的内部结构提出了相应的优化措施。最后,本文对优化后的单向活门再次进行仿真并对两次仿真的结果进行对比,通过对比可以看出单向活门的结构优化取得了明显效果,也证明了理论分析的正确性。 Aiming at the internal vortex and flow resistance issues of the air-way check valve,firstly this paper simulated its internal flow field based on the FLUENT simulation analysis platform.At the same time,theoretical analysis was conducted in the generation and influencing factors of vortex and flow resistance in the check valve based on simulation results.Then,based on the conclusions of simulation analysis,this paper proposes corresponding optimization measures for the internal structure of the check valve.Finally,this paper simulated the optimized check valve again and compared the results of the two simulations.Through comparison,it can be seen that the structural optimization of the check valve achieved significant results,which also proved the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
