地浸孔水力脉冲自旋转洗井装置

摘要 砂岩铀矿地浸采铀过程中,会造成抽液孔过滤器及周边地层物理和化学堵塞,降低抽液量,影响正常生产,文章介绍了地浸铀矿中几种常见的洗井方法,重点介绍了一种用于高压射流喷射洗井的水力脉冲自旋转洗井装置的结构、原理及相关参数计算。此装置运用了电机与泥浆泵非线性工作特性与碟簧反力相互作用,周期性的改变过流面积,实现水压、流量瞬时起伏变化,水流作用在转子上带动喷头旋转。经过多次试验与改进,实现了装置的脉冲和自旋转功能,并在新疆伊犁中核天山铀业公司得到应用。此装置用于高压射流洗井与活塞洗井方式配合使用,效果更好,能够增大喷射水压,增加抽液量,提高洗井效率。 In the process of in-situ uranium leaching from sandstone uranium mines,physical and chemical blockage of the extraction hole filter and surrounding strata can be caused,reducing the extraction amount and affecting normal production.This article introduces several common well washing methods in in-situ leaching uranium mines,with a focus on the structure,principle,and related parameter calculation of a hydraulic pulse self rotating well washing device used for high-pressure jet jet washing.This device utilizes the nonlinear working characteristics of the motor and mud pump,as well as the interaction between the disc spring reaction force,to periodically change the flow area and achieve instantaneous fluctuations in water pressure and flow rate.The water flow acts on the rotor to drive the nozzle to rotate.After multiple experiments and improvement,the device has pulse and self rotation functions,and has been applied in Xinjiang Ili Xinjiang CNNC Tianshan Uranium Industry Co.,Ltd.This device is used in combination with high-pressure jet washing and piston washing methods with better results,can increase the injection water pressure and pumping volume,and improve the cleaning efficiency.
