粤港澳大湾区职业教育生态承载力研究

Research on the Ecological Carrying Capacity of Vocational Education in the Guangdong⁃Hong Kong⁃Macao Greater Bay Area

职业教育生态承载力是指职业教育系统在一定时间范围内,能够承受和维持其所包含的各种要素,以及其所支持的人类社会和经济发展的能力,具有教育资源的丰富性、产业链的完备性、教育体系的协调性、创新能力的强劲性、国际化程度的高低等特点。粤港澳大湾区职业教育生态承载力现状仍存在一些挑战和问题,受到政策、市场、技术、人才、文化等因素影响,可以采取建立健全的教育生态系统、培养高质量的人才、加强职业教育与市场需求的匹配、引进先进的教育技术手段以及加强国际交流与合作等方面着手提高粤港澳大湾区职业教育生态承载力。

The ecological carrying capacity of vocational education refers to the ability of the vocational education system to withstand and maintain various elements contained within a certain time frame,as well as the ability to support human social and economic development.It has the characteristics of rich educational resources,completeness of the industrial chain,coordination of the education system,strong innovation ability,and high or low level of internationalization.There are still some challenges and problems in the current ecological carrying capacity of vocational education in the Guangdong⁃Hong Kong⁃Macao Greater Bay Area.Influenced by factors such as policies,markets,technology,talent,and culture,measures can be taken to establish a sound education ecosystem,cultivate high⁃quality talents,and strengthen the matching between vocational education and market demand.Efforts will be made to improve the ecological carrying capacity of vocational education in the Guangdong⁃Hong Kong⁃Macao Greater Bay Area by introducing advanced educational technology and strengthening international exchanges and cooperation.
