摘要
大学生“慢就业”意愿的强弱直接影响着他们的就业选择。通过对全国32所高校2215名不同阶段的大学生进行调查发现,大学生“慢就业”意愿受到多种因素的影响。研究结果表明,是否获得奖学金、清晰的职业规划、就业主动性、独生子女、家庭人均年收入、父母对于选择“慢就业”的态度、学校类别等因素都对大学生“慢就业”意愿有一定的影响。在实际工作中,政府和学校可以采取相应的措施,提高大学生的就业积极性和职业规划能力,提供更好的就业指导服务,从而降低大学生“慢就业”意愿的发生率,促进他们更好地融入社会。
Through a survey of 2,215 college students in 32 universities across the country,it was found that college students'willingness to“slow employment”is affected by a variety of factors.The research results show that factors such as whether they have received scholarships,clear career plans,employment initiative,only child,family per capita annual income,parentsattitude towards choosing“slow employment”,school type,etc.all have a certain impact on college students'willingness to“slow employment”.Therefore,to help college students integrate into the society better,we must build a“broad spectrum”career planning education,build a“school⁃family”collaborative employment guidance mechanism,and form a highly targeted employment guidance system.
