摘要
以再生橡胶粉为改性剂,制备橡胶沥青。通过沥青基本性能、旋转黏度和高低温流变实验,分析剪切时间对橡胶沥青性能指标变化的影响规律,明确性能变化的作用机理。结果表明,总体上随着剪切时间的延长,橡胶沥青针入度与延度逐渐增大,软化点及弹性恢复率逐渐降低;可通过悬浮体系理论解释橡胶沥青旋转黏度随着剪切时间延长呈现下降趋势的变化机理;高低温流变实验表明,延长剪切时间不利于橡胶沥青的高温稳定性,但会改善其低温性能。
Modified asphalt was prepared with reclaimed rubber powder.The variation law and influence mechanism of reclaimed rubber powder modified asphalt proportionally with different shearing time were analyzed by asphalt properties,rotary viscometer,high and low temperature rheological tests.The results show that with increasing shear time,the rubber asphalt penetration and ductility are increased gradually,and the elastic recovery rate of rubber asphalt are decreased gradually.The mechanism of rubber asphalt rotational viscosity degeneration can be explained by suspension system.The rubber asphalt high-temperature thermal stability is decreased and low-temperature rheological properties is increased that the high and low temperature rheological tests indicate.
