摘要
传统的橡胶制品是通过传统硫化工艺制造而成的,所形成的交联网络是永久性的,很难再重复加工利用。为此,制备绿色交联体系的橡胶成为未来研究的重要趋势。在本综述中,主要总结和分析了不同于传统化学交联键的几种键型,主要分为Diels-Alder反应型及类玻璃态高分子。其中类玻璃态高分子主要涉及β-羟基酯键、缩醛键、硼酸酯键和亚胺键。这些键可以断裂甚至有些还可以实现重排,符合绿色交联的设计要求。除此之外,还有一些非共价作用也可以促进绿色交联网的形成,比如氢键、π-π键,金属配体作用和离子相互作用。这些绿色交联键及非共价相互作用在橡胶可再加工和可回收橡胶方面具有很大的潜力,极大减少对环境的危害。
The formed crosslinking network of traditional rubber products manufactured by traditional vulcanization process is permanent,which is difficult to be reused.Therefore,the preparation of rubber with green crosslinking system has become an important trend in future research.In this review,several bond types different from traditional chemical crosslinking bonds are summarized and analyzed,which are mainly divided into DA reaction type and glassy polymer.The glassy polymers mainly involveβ-hydroxy ester bond,acetal bond,boron ester bond and imine bond.These bonds can be broken or even rearranged,which meet the design requirements of green crosslinking.In addition,non-covalent processes can also promote the formation of green cross-networking,such as hydrogen bonds,π-πbonds,metal ligand interactions,and ion interactions.These green cross-linked bonds and non-covalent interactions have great potential in rubber reprocessing and recyclable rubber,greatly reducing environmental hazards.
