不同体积掺量纤维混凝土抗磨蚀与抗冲击性能研究

摘要 水工混凝土表面的破坏主要是由于磨损侵蚀和水的冲击,本研究旨在开发适用于水工结构的纤维混凝土。试验时,在混凝土中分别加入碳纤维、玻璃纤维和钢纤维制备试件并研制了3种新型流动磨损试验装置,用于模拟纤维混凝土在现场发生的磨损侵蚀试验。结果表明,当纤维体积掺量为1.0%时,钢纤维混凝土的抗磨蚀性能优于碳纤维混凝土和玻璃纤维混凝土。水下磨损试验发现,碳纤维混凝土和玻璃纤维混凝土的抗磨蚀性能非常相似,钢纤维混凝土的耐磨性能最好,其平均磨损量比其他两种纤维混凝土低20%。裂缝冲击试验还发现,对于纤维体积掺量为1.0%的混凝土,玻璃纤维混凝土的抗冲击性能最好,其次是碳纤维混凝土,钢纤维混凝土最差。 The damage of the surface of hydraulic concrete is mainly due to abrasion,erosion,and water impact.The purpose of this study is to develop fiber concrete suitable for hydraulic structures.During the test,carbon fiber,glass fiber and steel fiber were added into the concrete to prepare the test samples,and 3 new flow wear test devices were developed to simulate the wear and corrosion test of fiber reinforced concrete in the field.The results showed that the abrasion resistance of steel fiber reinforced concrete is better than that of carbon fiber reinforced concrete and glass fiber reinforced concrete when the fiber content is 1.0%.The underwater abrasion test found that the abrasion resistance of carbon fiber reinforced concrete and glass fiber reinforced concrete are very similar,and the abrasion resistance of steel fiber reinforced concrete is the best,while its average abrasion is 20%lower than the other two kinds.The crack impact test also found that for the concrete with 1.0%fiber content,the impact resistance of glass fiber concrete is the best,carbon fiber concrete is the second,and steel fiber concrete is the worst.
