基于参数化设计的拖拉机液压马达齿轮优化

摘要 针对目前拖拉机性能和可靠性较差,无法满足市场对于拖拉机日益严格的动力性和经济性要求等问题,基于参数化设计对拖拉机液压马达齿轮进行优化。拖拉机的液压机械无级变速器的控制系统主要包括液压机械无级变速器控制器、发动机、液压机械无级变速器和通信系统,而液压马达是液压传动装置的主要组成部分。为了提升变速器的传动功率和传动效率,对液压马达的齿轮参数进行优化设计,包括对系统传动比进行计算及齿轮参数优化设计。为了验证该拖拉机变速器的性能,对其进行无级调速特性试验和效率特性试验,结果表明:该变速器具有良好的无级调速特性及较高的传动效率。 Aiming at the problem of poor performance and reliability of current tractor,and can not meet the market for the tractor increasingly strict power and economics requirement,the hydraulic motor gear tractor based on parametric design was optimized.The control system of HMCVT of tractor was constituted of controller,engine,HMCVT,and communication system.The hydraulic motor was the main part of the hydraulic transmission device.To improve the transmission power and transmission efficiency of the hydraulic motor gear,the parameter was optimized design.It included the system transmission ratio calculation,and the gear parameters optimized design.To verify the performance of the tractor transmission,the stepless speed regulation characteristic test and efficiency characteristic test were carried out.The test result show that the transmission has good stepless speed regulation characteristics and high transmission efficiency.
