The Construction of the Moral Leadership of University Managersunder the Background of Virtue Cultivation

立德树人是教育工作的根本任务,大学是一个道德共同体,承载着为社会培养人才的重要使命。高校管理者的道德领导力是落实立德树人根本任务的重要因素。高校管理者道德领导力包括两个维度:一是高校管理者个人道德维度,指高校管理者的品格、人格,比如节制、仁爱、公正等美德;二是高校管理者组织道德维度,指高校管理者在学校愿景设计、学校文化、学校价值观的构建等方面的道德考量。构建高校管理者的道德领导力,从高校管理者个人道德维度来看,必须提升高校管理者的内在道德品格;从高校管理者组织道德维度来看,必须凸显大学愿景设计、价值观构建和文化环境建设等方面的道德意蕴。

Cultivating people with virtue is the fundamental task of education.A university is a moral community,which carries the mission of cultivating talents for the society.The moral leadership of university managers is an important factor to realize the educational goal of cultivating people with virtue.The moral leadership of university managers includes two dimensions:one is the personal moral dimension of university managers,which refers to the character and personality of university managers,such as moderation,benevolence,justice and other virtues;The second dimension is the organizational ethics dimension of university managers,which refers to the moral considerations of university managers in the design of school vision,school culture,and the construction of school values.To build the moral leadership of university managers,from the perspective of individual morality of university administrators,it is necessary to improve the internal moral character of university administrators;From the perspective of organizational ethics of university administrators,it is necessary to highlight the moral implications of university vision design,value construction,and cultural environment construction.
