摘要
采用烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(APEG)、烯丙基氯(C_(3)H_(5)Cl)和氢氧化钠(NaOH)为原料,通过分步加入烯丙基氯得到双烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚粗产品,再在粗产品中加入蒸馏水和聚醚吸附剂进行精制,达到降低双烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚中钾钠离子的目的。结果表明:当APEG、NaOH、C_(3)H_(5)Cl摩尔比为1.0∶2.0∶2.1、反应温度35℃、反应时间6 h时,产品封端率达99.1%。然后加入冰醋酸来中和过量的氢氧化钠,加入量为过量氢氧化钠的1.2倍,再加入产品质量6%的蒸馏水、0.15%的聚醚吸附剂来吸附产品中的金属离子,经过处理后,产品双烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚中的K+、Na+能够降低到5μg·g^(-1)以下。
Using allyl polyoxyethylene ether(APEG),allyl chloride(C_(3)H_(5)Cl)and sodium hydroxide(NaOH)as raw materials,the crude product of diallyl polyoxyethylene ether was obtained by adding allyl chloride step by step,and then the crude product was refined by adding distilled water and polyether adsorbent,so as to reduce the potassium and sodium ions in diallyl polyoxyethylene ether.The results showed that under the conditions of n(APEG)∶n(NaOH)∶n(C_(3)H_(5)Cl)=1.0∶2.0∶2.1,reaction temperature 35℃,reaction time 6 h,the sealing rate of the product reached 99.1%.Then glacial acetic acid(1.2 times of excess sodium hydroxide)was added to neutralize excess sodium hydroxide,and then distilled water(6%of the product mass)and polyether adsorbent(0.15%of the product mass)were added to absorb metal ions in the products,after treatment,the K+mass fraction and Na+mass fraction in product diallyl polyoxyethylene ether were reduced to 5μg·g^(-1)below,respectively.
