摘要
纳米SiO_(2)改性丙烯酸酯涂料可以改进涂层的光学性能、防腐蚀性能、机械性能等。纳米SiO_(2)与丙烯酸酯乳液有不同的聚合方法,所得产品性能也不同。综述了共混法、溶胶-凝胶法、原位聚合法在制备纳米SiO_(2)/丙烯酸酯乳液中的应用,以及三种复合乳液制备方法对涂料性能的影响。
The modification of acrylate coating by nano SiO_(2)can improve the optical properties,corrosion resistance and mechanical properties of the coating.Nano SiO_(2)and acrylate emulsion have different polymerization methods,the properties of the products are different.In this paper,the application of blending method,sol-gel method and in situ polymerization method in the preparation of nano-SiO_(2)/acrylic emulsion was reviewed,as well as the influence of three composite emulsion preparation methods on the properties of coatings.
