基于ADAMS的植保机操纵稳定性分析与研究

摘要 为改善自走式植保机的操纵稳定性,基于动力学软件ADAMS/Car模块建立植保机多体仿真模型,对植保机在不同速度行驶工况下的转向盘角阶跃输入性能及横摆角速度响应等评价指标进行了仿真。对仿真结果进行分析和实车试验验证,结果表明:利用ADAMS/Car模块能恰当地分析和评价自走式植保机的操纵稳定性能,当车速为10m/s时,自走式植保机的操纵稳定性较好,可为动力分配控制系统优化奠定基础。 In order to improve the handling stability of the self-propelled plant protection machine,a multi-body simulation model of the plant protection machine is established based on the dynamic software ADAMS/car module,and the evaluation indexes such as steering wheel angle step input performance and yaw rate response of the plant protection machine under different speed driving conditions are simulated.Through the analysis of the simulation results and the verification of the real vehicle test,the results show that the handling and stability performance of the self-propelled plant protection machine can be properly analyzed and evaluated by using ADAMS/car module.When the vehicle speed is 10m/s,the handling and stability of the self-propelled plant protection machine is better,which also lays a foundation for the optimization of the power distribution control system.
