摘要
动力传动系统参数设计的合理性对电动拖拉机的田间牵引性能具有重要影响,目前对动力总成参数设计的研究主要集中在电动汽车上,而对电动农业机械的研究较少。针对以上问题,提出了一种基于双电机耦合驱动模式的电动拖拉机动力系统参数匹配与优化设计方法,采用基于混合罚函数的粒子群算法进行参数优化,并利用MatLab编写了参数优化设计程序。基于MatLab/Simulink建立了带优化设计变量的电动拖拉机动力总成动力学仿真模型。研究结果表明:与优化前的仿真结果相比,优化目标函数,提高了电动拖拉机的牵引性能,表明了所提方法的有效性。
The rationality of the parameter design of the power transmission system has an important influence on the field traction performance of the electric tractor.At present,the research on the parameter design of the powertrain mainly focuses on the electric vehicle,while the research on the electric agricultural machinery is less.Aiming at the above problems,a parameter matching and optimization design method of electric tractor power system based on dual-motor coupling drive mode is proposed.Particle swarm optimization based on hybrid penalty function is used to optimize parameters,and MatLab is used to write parameter optimization design program.Based on MatLab/Simulink,a dynamic simulation model of electric tractor powertrain with optimized design variables is established.The research results show that,compared with the simulation results before optimization,the objective function is optimized,which improves the traction performance of electric tractors.The effectiveness of the proposed method is shown.
