熔融钢渣辊压破碎机制与能效分析

摘要 随着钢铁工业的快速发展,熔融钢渣的生产量越来越大。钢渣是一种复杂的物理和化学混合物,如果处理不当,不仅会占用大量土地资源,还会对环境造成严重污染。因此,对熔融钢渣进行资源化利用显得尤为重要。辊压破碎是一种高效、环保的钢渣处理方法,能够将钢渣破碎成小颗粒,提高其综合利用率。基于此本文针对熔融钢渣的辊压破碎机制和能效展开研究,首先对熔融钢渣的基本性质进行了简要介绍,包括物理性质和化学性质。接着详细描述了融钢渣辊压破碎的原理。最后,对熔融钢渣辊压破碎机制的实际应用与能效进行了分析。相关论述,以供参考。 With the rapid development of iron and steel industry,the production of molten steel slag is increasing.Steel slag is a complex physical and chemical mixture,if not properly treated,will not only occupy a lot of land resources,but also cause serious pollution to the environment.Therefore,the resource utilization of molten steel slag is particularly important.Roller crushing is an efficient and environmentally friendly method of steel slag treatment,which can break steel slag into small particles and improve its comprehensive utilization rate.Based on this,the roller crushing mechanism and energy efficiency of molten steel slag are studied in this paper.Firstly,the basic properties of molten steel slag are briefly introduced,including physical and chemical properties.Then,the stress change and crushing mechanism of molten steel slag during the rolling crushing process are described in detail,and the influence of different process parameters on the crushing effect is analyzed.Finally,the energy consumption and energy utilization efficiency in the rolling crushing process are analyzed.Relevant discussion for reference.
