摘要
机械热处理工艺在驰豫控制相变技术中的研究旨在通过调控材料的组织结构和相变行为,改善材料的力学性能和性能稳定性。该研究主要包括加热工艺优化、相变动力学研究、材料结构调控、相变组织演变模拟和相变产物性能调控等方面。通过本研究,找出实现材料性能的优化和稳定性的提高措施。本研究对于提高材料性能和开发新型材料具有重要意义,并在多个领域具有广泛的应用前景。
The research on mechanical heat treatment technology in relaxation controlled phase change technology aims to improve the mechanical properties and performance stability of materials by regulating their microstructure and phase change behavior.This study mainly includes optimization of heating process,selection of relaxation temperature,rapid cooling technology,optimization of distribution and insulation process,testing and evaluation of mechanical properties,and analysis of microstructure and phase change behavior.Through this study,measures were identified to optimize material performance and improve stability.This study is of great significance for improving material properties and developing new materials,and has broad application prospects in multiple fields.
