摘要
昼夜节律是生物体中以24h为周期的活动变化,与毛发密切相关。本文就昼夜节律的紊乱对毛发生物钟基因、生长周期及毛囊结构的影响,以及毛发生物钟基因和头发中的皮质醇含量的变化与昼夜节律的关联展开综述,以期深入研究昼夜节律与毛发的相关性,旨在为相关疾病的诊治提供参考。
Circadian rhythm is a 24-hour cycle of activity changes in organisms,which is closely related to hair.This paper reviews the effects of circadian rhythm disorder on hair biological clock gene,growth cycle and hair follicle structure,as well as the relationship between the circadian rhythm and the changes of hair clock gene and the content of cortisol in hair.The in-depth study of the relationship between circadian rhythm and hair will provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of related diseases.
