摘要
为研究集成式电驱动桥纯电动商用车的整车平顺性和道路友好性,本文采用Adams/Car建立整车模型,通过车速、路面等级和非簧载质量3种影响因素,分析驾驶员、驾驶室质心、车架质心处的垂向加速度功率谱密度和前、中、后轮处的轮胎力,得到平顺性和道路友好性的影响规律。研究结果表明,随着车速的增加,汽车的平顺性和道路友好性均有所降低,其中对平顺性影响更明显;随着路面等级的增加,汽车的平顺性和道路友好性都有所降低,并且在C级路面行驶时,驾驶员、驾驶室质心和车架质心处的垂向加速度急剧增加;随着电动集成驱动装置质量的增加,垂向加速度功率谱密度和轮胎力都有所增加,其中轮胎力增加最明显,电动集成驱动装置质量每增加50kg,轮胎力提高1.16%左右,说明汽车平顺性和道路友好性随着车速、路面等级和非簧载质量的增加而变差。该研究为纯电动商用车平顺性和道路友好性的优化和电驱动桥的设计提供了理论基础。
In order to study the vehicle ride comfort and road friendliness of pure electric commercial vehicles with integrated electric transaxle,this paper establishes a vehicle model with Adams/Car,analyzes the vertical acceleration power spectral density at the driver,cab center of mass,frame center of mass,and tire forces at the front,middle and rear wheels by analyzing three influencing factors:speed,road grade and unsprung mass.The influence laws of ride comfort and road friendliness are obtained.The results show that with the increase of vehicle speed,the ride comfort and road friendliness of vehicles are decreased,and the influence on ride comfort is more obvious.With the increase of road grade,the ride comfort and road friendliness of the car are reduced,and the vertical acceleration of the driver,cab center of mass and frame center of mass increases sharply when driving on class C road.With the increase of the mass of the electric integrated drive device,both of the vertical acceleration power spectral density and tire force increase,among which the tire force increases most obviously.Every 50 kg increase of the mass of the electric integrated drive device,the tire force increases by about 1.16%,indicating that the ride comfort and road friendliness of the vehicle deteriorate with the increase of speed,road grade and unsprung mass.This study provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of ride comfort and road friendliness of pure electric commercial vehicles and the design of electric drive axle.
