摘要
针对高架环境下人工采摘草莓劳动强度大、效率低的问题,设计了一种面对生产作业的驾乘式草莓采摘车。提出了智能草莓采摘车的整体方案,主要包括智能操控系统设计和现场初加工采摘系统设计。试验中,由3组采摘人在不同限定角度的旋转椅上进行采摘车识别控制试验和现场初加工采摘试验,验证了智能草莓采摘车的实际工作性能。结果表明:草莓采摘车动作识别控制平均准确率为85%以上,能够达到实际采摘作业要求,且更适合长距离全生产性采摘作业;现场称重-包装系统可以直接进行称重—语音提示—打标签—包装的作业流程,大大节省采摘时间,减轻莓农劳动强度。
Aiming at the labor-intensive and low-efficiency problems of manual strawberry picking in an elevated environment,a ride-on strawberry picking vehicle is designed for production operations.The overall scheme of the intelligent strawberry picking vehicle is proposed,which mainly includes the design of the intelligent control system and the design of the on-site preliminary processing and picking system.In the test,three groups of pickers carried out the identification and control test of the picking vehicle and the initial processing and picking test on the swivel chair with different limited angles,which verified the actual working performance of the intelligent strawberry picking vehicle.The test results show that the average accuracy rate of the action recognition control of the strawberry picking vehicle is over 85%,which can meet the requirements of actual picking operations,and is more suitable for long-distance full-production picking operations;the on-site weighing-packaging system can directly perform weighing-voice prompts-Labeling-packaging operation process,which greatly saves picking time and reduces the labor intensity of berry farmers.This research is of great significance for promoting agricultural development.
