基于多源参量融合监测技术的设备缺陷分析

摘要 针对常规监测方式数据来源单一导致设备内部缺陷分析结果和诊断结论偏差较大的问题,提出利用多源参量融合技术监测设备内部缺陷位置和性质。结合一起油浸式变压器缺陷案例,基于多源参量融合技术采集不同类型的特征参量,进行数据融合分析,判断其存在金属性放电缺陷。通过现场检查确定故障位置和原因,验证了多源参量融合监测技术的准确性和可靠性。 Large deviations in the analysis results and diagnostic conclusions of equipment internal defects are often encountered due to the single data source of conventional monitoring methods.To address this issue,the proposition of monitoring the location and nature of equipment internal defects using multi-source parameter fusion technology is put forth.In combination with an oil-immersed transformer defect case,the collection of different types of feature parameters is based on multi-source parameter fusion technology,followed by the data fusion analysis.As a result,the existence of a metallic discharge defect is determined.The location and cause of the fault are confirmed through on-site inspection,which serves to verify the accuracy and reliability of the multi-source parameter fusion monitoring technology.
