摘要
应用ANSYS有限元分析软件的静电场模块,对550 kV某型号母线电场进行仿真,得到其内部电场分布。基于分析结果,对现有母线结构提出了优化方案,并进行了仿真验证。仿真结果表明,采用一体化的触座屏蔽罩结构,可增大盆式绝缘子与屏蔽罩之间的距离,改善屏蔽罩表面的电场分布,降低屏蔽罩对其表面气体的电离作用。
The electrostatic field module of ANSYS finite element analysis software is applied to simulate the electric field of a cer⁃tain type of 550 kV busbar,and its internal electric field distribution is obtained.Based on the analysis results,an optimized scheme for the existing busbar structure is proposed and the simulation verification is carried out.The simulation results show that by adopting an integrated contact base shielding case structure,the distance between the basin-type insulator and the shielding case can be increased,the electric field distribution on the surface of the shielding case can be improved,and the ionization effect of the shielding case on its surface gas can be reduced.
