产教融合一体化人才培养模式的探索与成效

Exploration and Effectiveness of the Integrated Talent Development Model of Industry-education Integration

针对高职院校校企合作不够深入、课程设置不够合理、专业建设仍需提升等方面的问题,通过加强校企合作,不断推进产教深度融合,搭建实训基地群,构建教师队伍和课程体系等,积极探索并提出产教融合一体化人才培养模式,促进学生全面发展。将该模式运用到校企合作全过程,以培养高质量技能人才、服务区域产业发展,实践表明学生素质能力明显提高,高职院校职业教育水平得到有效提升。

Regarding issues such as insufficient depth of school-enterprise cooperation,unreasonable curriculum setting,and the need for professional construction in higher vocational colleges,through strengthening school-enterprise cooperation,continuous-ly promoting the deep integration of industry and education,building training base group,constructing the team of teachers and curriculum system,etc.,the integrated talent development model of industry-education integration is actively explored and pro-posed to promote the comprehensive development of students.The model is applied to the entire process of school-enterprise coop-eration to cultivate high-quality skilled talents,serve regional industry development,and the practice shows that students'quality and abilities have been significantly improved,and the level of vocational education in higher vocational colleges has been effec-tively enhanced.
