基于GIS的河南省红色文化资源分布及保护研究

Study on Distribution and Protection of Red Cultural Resources Based on GIS in Henan Province

以河南省1812个红色文化资源点作为研究对象,基于ArcGIS 10.5软件分析河南省红色文化资源的分布特征,运用地理探测器探究各市红色文化资源的保护情况及其影响因素。结果表明:河南省红色文化资源空间分布趋于凝聚类型,呈现“四核一带”结构;北部城市的保护现状较好,中部城市保护情况较差;社会经济因素对红色文化资源保护现状的影响大于自然环境因素,社会经济因素中的各市文化旅游体育和传媒支出对红色文化资源保护情况的影响最大。为提高河南省红色资源的保护和开发利用效率提出建议:加大地方财政支持力度,完善红色资源管理开发制度;注重红色资源空间分布差异,打造具有豫“IP”特色的红色文化保护圈;完善政府保障体系,将资源保护与乡村振兴政策相结合。

Taking 1812 red cultural resource points in Henan Province as the research object,the distribution characteristics of red cultural resources in Henan Province were analyzed based on ArcGIS 10.5 software,and the protection situation of red cultural resources in various cities in Henan Province and the influencing factors were explored by using geographic detectors.The results show that the spatial distribution of red cultural resources in Henan Province tends to condense,showing a“four-core belt”structure;The protection status of northern cities is better,while that of central cities is worse.Social and economic factors have greater impact on the protection of red cultural resources than the natural environmental factors,among which the expenditure of cultural tourism,sports and media in each city has the greatest impact on the protection of red cultural resources.In order to improve the efficiency of protection,development and utilization of red resources in the province,this paper gives several suggestions:increase the local financial support,improve the management and development system of red resources;pay attention to the difference of the spatial distribution of red resources,and build a red cultural protection circle with Henan“IP”characteristics;improve the government guarantee system and combine resource protection with rural revitalization policies.
