多元主体视角下传统村落人居环境满意度研究——以福建省屏南县龙潭村为例

Study on Satisfaction of Rural Human Settlements in Traditional Villages from the Perspective of Multiple Subjects:A Case Study of Longtan Village of Pingnan County in Fujian Province

针对福建省屏南县在文创移民过程中存在的多元居民主体普遍性特征,选取屏南县龙潭村为研究对象,以样本问卷数据为基础,利用SPSS 22.0中的多种统计分析工具,探究不同类型居民主体对传统村落人居环境空间布局的满意度差异特征。结果表明:(1)龙潭村人居环境整体满意度分值为4.010,不同维度人居环境满意度存在一定差异性,其中满意度分值最低的为规划建设维度,满意度分值最高的为空间环境维度;(2)学历、居住时间和居民类型等属性对人居环境满意度有显著影响,利用因子分析与聚类分析将主体划分为5种类型群体,各类型群体对人居环境满意度存在显著指向性与差异性;(3)在地村民满意度整体高于城市移民,且地缘属性越强的在地村民人居环境满意度越高,业缘属性越强的城市移民人居环境满意度越低。多元主体视角下的传统村落人居环境建设应考虑不同属性群体的差异性需求,有针对性地优化配置,以满足新时期对传统村落人居环境建设提出的新诉求。

Addressing the prevalent characteristics of diverse resident entities during the cultural and creative migration process in Pingnan County in Fujian Province,Longtan Village of Pingnan County was chosen for the study.The research was grounded on sample questionnaire data and employed a multitude of statistical analysis tools within SPSS 22.0 to investigate the differing satisfaction characteristics pertaining to the spatial layout of the living environment in traditional villages among various types of resident entities.The results show that:(1)The overall satisfaction score for the living environment in Longtan Village is 4.010,with certain differences existing among various dimensions of the living environment.The lowest satisfaction score was in the planning and construction dimension,while the highest was in the spatial environment dimension;(2)Factors such as education level,length of residence,and type of resident have a significant impact on the satisfaction of the living environment.Factor analysis and cluster analysis were used to categorize the subjects into five types of groups,with each group showing significant directionality and differences in their satisfaction with the living environment;(3)The overall satisfaction of the local villagers is higher than that of urban immigrants,and the stronger the geo-attribute of the local villagers,the higher their satisfaction with the living environment,whereas the stronger the occupational attribute of urban immigrants,the lower their satisfaction.The construction of traditional village living environments from the perspective of diverse entities should consider the differentiated needs of various attribute groups,optimizing allocation in a targeted manner to meet the new demands presented for the construction of traditional village living environments in the new era.
