长三角城市群大气污染协作治理主体网络结构变迁及优化——基于社会网络方法的分析 被引量:1

摘要 以2010—2022年长三角城市群的大气污染协作治理为研究视域,运用社会网络分析法,分析长三角城市群大气污染协作治理主体网络的整体结构演变过程和多元治理主体的地位变化。结果表明:长三角城市群大气污染协作治理主体网络密度不断增大,多元主体之间的协作愈加紧密;各治理主体之间地位差距不断缩小,中央政府协作治理参与减少,社会组织与公民的参与和监督仍处于较低水平。 Taking the collaborative governance of air pollution in the Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration from 2010 to 2022 as the research perspective,using the social network analysis method,this paper analyzes the overall structure evolution process of the subject network for collaborative governance of air pollution in the Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration and the status change of multiple governance subjects.The results show that the density of collaborative governance network is increasing,and the collaborative relationship between multiple subjects is becoming closer and closer,the status gap between governance subjects has been narrowing,the participation of the central government in collaborative governance has been reduced,and the participation and supervision of social organizations and citizens are still at a low level.
