摘要
研制了一种一维堆叠式压电陶瓷滤波器,对该滤波器的物理模型进行了理论分析和ANSYS有限元仿真,并制作了该结构压电滤波器。通过实验验证其输入、输出频率之间的关系以及相应的滤波效果。测试结果表明,该结构压电滤波器的-3 dB滤波带宽为9 kHz,并在145 kHz附近有较好的窄带滤波特性。
A one-dimensional stacked piezoelectric filter was developed.The physical model of the filter was analyzed theoretically and simulated by ANSYS finite element method,and the piezoelectric filter was fabricated.The relationship between its input and output frequencies and the corresponding filtering effects were experimentally verified.The test results indicate that the piezoelectric filter with-3 dB bandwidth of 9 kHz has good narrow-band filtering characteristic near 145 kHz.
