摘要
白芥作为一种中草药植物,其种子(白芥子)被广泛研究。首次选取藏区白芥叶子作为研究对象,通过水与75%乙醇作为溶剂对其进行提取,对提取物中多糖、黄酮、酚类成分进行含量测定与质谱分析(UHPLC-MS-Q Exactive)。最终通过透明质酸酶抑制实验与角质细胞抗刺激试验分别对白芥叶子水提取物进行体外保湿与舒缓评价测试,结果表明提取物具有较好的保湿与舒缓效果,进而说明其具备作为相关功效性天然化妆品原料的潜力。本工作为充分挖掘白芥植物利用价值有重要意义。
As a Chinese herbal plant,the seeds(white mustard seeds)of white mustard are widely studied.For the first time,white mustard leaves from Tibetan areas were selected as research objects,extracted by water and 75%ethanol as solvent,and the content determination and mass spectrometry analysis of polysaccharides,flavonoids and phenolic components in the extract(UHPLC-MS-Q Exactive)were carried out.Finally,the in vitro moisturizing and soothing evaluation tests of A.albasa leaf aqueous extract were tested by hyaluronidase inhibition experiment and keratinocytes anti-irritation test,and the results showed that the extract had good moisturizing and soothing effects,which further indicated that it had the potential as a related functional natural cosmetic raw material.This work is of great significance for fully excavating the utilization value of white mustard plants.
