摘要
开发低成本、高活性和高稳定性的非贵金属催化剂对电解水析氧反应(OER)具有重要意义。以双金属NiCo-MOF为前驱体、硫代乙酰胺为硫原,制备出二维多孔双金属NiCoS纳米材料。采用SEM、TEM、XRD和XPS分析所合成材料的形貌、结构;利用电化学工作站研究其电解水析氧性能。结果表明调整水热硫化时间可以调控NiCoS纳米片的孔结构,其中二维多孔NiCoS-6催化剂在1.0 mol/L氢氧化钾电解质中的电解水析氧性能较好,电流密度为50 mA·cm^(-2)时,过电位仅为344 mV。
The development of low-cost and high-performance of non precious metal electrocatalysts is of great significance for the electrolytic water oxygen production reaction(OER).2D holey NiCoS nanosheets was prepared using a bimetallic NiCo-MOF as precursor using hydrothermal vulcanization method.The morphology,structure and oxygen evolution performance of the synthesized materials were analyzed by SEM,TEM,XRD,XPS and electrochemical workstation.The NiCoS-6 catalyst exhibits excellent OER electrocatalytic performance in 1 mol/L KOH electrolyte,with the overpotential being only 344 mV at a current density of 50 mA·cm^(-2).
