静电纺MnO_(2)/CNFs纤维及对铬黑T的吸附性能

摘要 以醋酸锰和聚丙烯腈为原料,采用静电纺丝法制备了MnO_(2)/CNFs复合纤维,研究了染料的种类、染料初始浓度、煅烧温度、吸附时间等因素对该复合纤维吸附染料性能的影响。当铬黑T初始质量浓度为30 mg/L,醋酸锰与PAN质量比为40%,煅烧温度为900℃时,吸附时间为2.5 h,温度为40℃时,该复合材料对铬黑T的吸附量为18.31 mg/g,去除率达到61.04%。 MnO_(2)/CNFs composite fibers were prepared by electrospinning method using manganese acetate and polyacrylonitrile as raw materials.Then the effects of dyes,initial concentration of dyes,calcination temperature,adsorption time and other factors on the adsorption performance of the composite fibers were studied.When the initial concentration of chromium black T was 30 mg/L,the mass ratio of manganese acetate to PAN was 40%,the calcining temperature was 900℃,the adsorption time was 2.5 h,and the temperature was 40℃,the adsorption capacity was 18.31 mg/g,and the removal rate is 61.04%.
