原子荧光光谱法测定铟锭中砷含量的不确定度评定

摘要 采用原子荧光光谱法对铟锭中的砷元素进行测定,分析了影响测量不确定度的主要因素,对测量重复性、工作曲线拟合、标准溶液配制、样品称量、回收率、样品消解6个不确定度因素进行了评定,阐述合成标准不确定度及扩展不确定度。结果显示,影响不确定度的主要因素是工作曲线拟合和测量重复性,次要因素是标准溶液配制和回收率,影响最小的因素是样品称量和样品消解。按照JJF 1059.1—2012的规定对不确定度分量进行合成,最终计算出扩展不确定度为0.00002%,铟锭中砷含量测定结果的表示方式为0.00021%±0.00002%。 The arsenic elements in indium ingots were determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The main factors affecting the measurement uncertainty were analyzed.Six uncertainties of measurement repeatability,working curve fitting,standard solution formulation,sample weighing,recovery rate and sample digestion were evaluated.The standard uncertainty and expansion uncertainty of synthesis were described.The results show that the main factors affecting the uncertainty are the fitting of the working curve and the measurement repeatability.The secondary factor is the preparation and recovery rate of the standard solution,and the least influential factors are sample weighing and sample digestion.According to the regulations of JJF 1059.1—2012,the uncertainty component was synthesized,and the extended uncertainty was 0.00002%,and the determination results of arsenic content in indium ingots were expressed as 0.00021%±0.00002%.
