微波消解-原子吸收光谱法测定党参中Cr、Cd、Zn

Determination of Cr,Cd and Zn in Codonopsis Pilosula(Franch.)Nannf.by Microwave Digestion-Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

摘要 目的:测定党参中Cr、Cd、Zn三元素的残留量,并进行污染评价。方法:样品经微波消解后,采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法对Cr和Cd的含量进行分析,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法对Zn的含量进行分析。结果:3个元素的线性关系良好,方法检测限满足样品测定需求,精密度良好,回收率在87.3%~94.6%,符合Cr、Cd、Zn的测定需求。结论:党参中Cr污染较严重,Cd有一定的风险性,Zn含量在安全范围内,实验结果可为党参重金属及有害元素限量标准的制定提供数据支撑。 Objective:To determine the residual amount of Cr,Cd and Zn in codonopsis pilosula(Franch.)Nannf.and evaluate the degree of pollution.Methods:After microwave digestion,the contents of Cr and Cd were analyzed by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry,and the contents of Zn were analyzed by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.Results:The linear relationship of the three elements was good.The detection limit of the method met the requirement of sample determination,and the precision was good.The recoveries were 87.3%~94.6%,which met the requirement of Cr,Cd and Zn determination.Conclusion:The Cr pollution of Radix codonopsis from three producing areas was serious.Cd has a certain risk,and Zn is within the safe range.The experimental results can provide data support for the formulation of the limit standard of heavy metals and harmful elements of Codonopsis Codonopsis.The experimental results can provide data support for the formulation of the limit standard of heavy metals and harmful elements of codonopsis pilosula(Franch.)Nannf.
