海上废弃泥浆岩屑制备陶粒资源化可行性研究

摘要 针对海上废弃泥浆岩屑资源化利用问题,介绍了现有资源化利用研究进展,阐明了海上弃泥浆岩屑制备陶粒的可行性,同时对采取压滤泥饼和岩屑单独烧制以及两者不同掺混比例进行了可行性室内研究,结果表明:压滤泥饼单独烧制陶粒具有一定硬度,但吸水能力强;岩屑单独烧制陶粒硬度较小,容易炸裂;压滤泥饼和岩屑掺混烧制陶粒硬度较高,可以达到16.55 MPa,吸水性也满足陶粒的产品指标要求,充分验证了海上泥浆压滤泥饼与岩屑配伍烧陶粒的可行性。 In response to the issue of resource utilization of waste mud and rock debris at sea,this study introduces the current research progress in resource utilization and clarifies the feasibility of preparing ceramic particles from waste mud and rock debris at sea.At the same time,feasibility indoor research was conducted by separately firing filter cake and rock debris,as well as different mixing ratios of the two.The results show that the ceramic particles fired separately from filter cake have a certain hardness,but strong water absorption capacity;The hardness of ceramic particles produced by firing rock debris alone is relatively small and easy to crack;The mixed firing of filter mud cake and rock debris to produce ceramic particles has a high hardness,which can reach 16.55 MPa.The water absorption also meets the product index requirements of ceramic particles,fully verifying the feasibility of using sea mud filter mud cake and rock debris to mix and burn ceramic particles.
