摘要
西安国际足球中心EPC总承包项目结构复杂、工程体量大、信息交互要求高,项目充分利用BIM技术进行深化设计及施工管理,实现模型集成及高效率的模型数据交换与传递,提升项目质量管理水平,打造“BIM技术应用示范工地”,解决了索膜结构、超长混凝土结构、复杂多样装饰幕墙、大体量微曲率综合管线等设计与施工难题,希望给类似项目的施工管理提供一定的参考价值。
The EPC general contracting project of Xi'an International Football Center has a complex structure,large project volume,and high requirements for information interaction.The project makes full use of BIM technology to carry out in-depth design and construction management,realize model integration and efficient model data exchange and transmission,and improve project quality management.Level,create a“BIM technology application demonstration site”,solve the design and construction problems of cable-membrane structure,super-long concrete structure,complex and diverse decorative curtain wall,large-scale micro-curvature integrated pipeline,etc.,hoping to provide some reference for the construction m anagement of similar projects value.
