钢结构螺旋楼梯的振动检测评估与优化设计分析

摘要 通过工程实例对存在振动舒适度问题的一座钢结构螺旋楼梯进行现场振动测试,对其自振频率和加速度响应峰值进行了评估;采用通用软件MIDAS GEN对其进行整体建模和有限元计算,分析其模态、强度、变形和舒适度状况,逆向进行设计阶段的优化设计工作,并与测试结果作比较,为类似工程设计提供参考。 This work analyzes a steel spiral staircase that poses issues in human comfort of structure vibration.Through field vibration testing,this work evaluates the natural frequency and peak acceleration of the staircase.An overall computational model and finite element calculations were conducted with the MIDAS GEN software.Mode,strength,deformation,and degree of comfort values obtained through computational modelling were analyzed and used to retrospectively provide optimal design parameters,which were compared with field testing results.Such comparison can provide insights into similar engineering designs.
